The Report proposes that the Village of Scarsdale:
(1) oppose strenuously both the construction of any future high speed rail line through Scarsdale, and Alternative 3 of the Northeast Corridor (NEC) Tier 1 Draft Environmental Impact Statement, and (2) advocate for removal of NEC Alternative 3 from further consideration, consistent with these recommendations and the Village of Scarsdale’s Public Comment to the United States Department of Transportation National Railroad Administration, dated December 19, 2015.
