We support the amendments proposed by The Procedure Committee (the 223PC224) to
Scarsdale222s Non-Partisan Resolution (the 223Resolution224) as set forth on www.ScarsdaleProcedureCommittee.org (attachment 1). However, we suggest language changes for Amendments 1 and 3 (attachment 2) that are meant to improve the clarity, not change the intent, of such amendments.
In addition, we suggest the PC consider next year the process by which the Citizens Nominating Committee (the 223CNC224) leadership is chosen.
