The third report of the Fiscal Affairs Scarsdale Committee released to the public under expeditious treatment procedure in which it recommends adoption of the Village's tentative budget for the 2012-13 fiscal year. It does not recommend the use of up to $300,000 from the fund balance to reduce the 2012-13 tax rate currently under consideration.
