www.ScarsdaleProcedureComittee.org as of the day before the date hereof, except as follows:
a. Maintain Confidentiality Policy at CNC Level.
b. Clarify Mail-In Ballot Procedure.
c. Do Not Limit Eligibility for Election to the CNC by Household.
d. Broaden Authority to Deal with Information Requiring Verification.
