fiscal year.
2. Study class size needs across all grades and determine what priority maintaining
class size will take in future budgets.
3. Explore options for utilizing District personnel before increasing the number of
overall professional positions.
4. Reduce reserves in the coming fiscal year to mitigate the proposed tax increase
without compromising financial security; and prior to the next fiscal year, engage in
a study with the community to determine the appropriate level of reserves.
